Unit 5 Week 1

March Madness

The team name that we drew out is Villanova.   They are located in Pennsylvania.
Their mascot is the wildcats!

Our class played against Miami(Mrs. Thacker 2nd grade) last week. We had the most reading points, so we move on to play Duke (the teachers).  It will take a lot of reading to get ahead of the teachers.

RDT Visit

The Repertory Dance Theatre came to AES today.  We loved them.  They made movement and dance so much fun!

In the Dark/ St Patricks Day

Our classroom has no windows and gets very dark in a power outage.  I have several flashlights to help us out when this happens.

The students wanted to see what working with no regular lights would be like so we tried it out!

Here we are with all of our green on!  Happy St Patricks Day!
